•Tankering services (including suction support and waste handling)

•High-pressure jetting (drain and line clearance)

•CCTV drainage surveying and diagnostics

•Waste removal and disposal coordination (where applicable)

•Water supply support (non-potable, and potable only where confirmed and compliant)

•Site support services related to drainage operations

Our supply chain may include suppliers and subcontractors for vehicle/equipment servicing, specialist parts, disposal partners, and occasional specialist contractors.

Fox Contracting takes steps to ensure that employees and workers engaged by the company have the legal right to work in the UK.

Where applicable, we carry out right-to-work checks in line with relevant UK requirements and Home Office guidance, which may include verifying and retaining appropriate documentation (for example, passports, visas, or other accepted evidence).

If a person’s right to work is time-limited, we take reasonable steps to ensure follow-up checks are completed before a document expires.

Due Diligence and Supplier Management

Fox Contracting undertakes proportionate due diligence when onboarding new suppliers and reviews existing relationships periodically.

•Considering modern slavery risks where relevant (e.g., labour-heavy services or high-risk sectors)

•Taking corrective action where concerns are identified, including ending relationships if necessary

Non-English-Speaking Personnel and Safety Communication

Non-English-speaking labour can exist across many sectors and supply chains. We recognise that language barriers can create safety risks if essential instructions are misunderstood.

Where required, Fox Contracting will take reasonable steps to ensure that relevant information is communicated in a way that is understandable, which may include:

•Providing translations where practical

•Using interpreters where necessary

Training and Awareness

We aim to ensure that people working for or with Fox Contracting understand the risks of modern slavery, human trafficking, and illegal working.

Where appropriate to role and responsibilities, we provide basic awareness guidance and expect workers to report concerns promptly.

Reporting Concerns

If any worker, supplier, or third party has concerns about modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or illegal working connected to Fox Contracting or our supply chain, they should report it as soon as possible to management.

Concerns will be treated seriously and handled appropriately.
